PRIVATE VILLA, KADUNA (2015)- LANDSCAPE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

In a serene location, this set the tone for a landscape scheme which depicts luxury while maintaining history of the site. The project involved a re-design and remodeling of an existing Mansion which has an expanse of lush green vegetation and matured flora around the site. The client wanted a home which gives family a private dwelling with maximum outdoor living through taking advantage of views from the building. Dramatic settings of reflective pool, recreation, gazebo island, water sculptures, rain gardens with open drain connections and high tree canopies were all incorporated to make this the perfect home for an adventurous family.
